How does the free trial work?
3 days of Pro features, no credit card. The trial includes up to 3 campaigns, 3 AI videos and 30 AI images — full plan quotas unlock when your paid plan starts after the trial. If you don't subscribe, publishing and generation stop — nothing is deleted, and any posts that came due while paused can be retried once you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Do you charge per seat?
No — every plan is priced per workspace, not per seat, and Agency includes unlimited team members. Per-seat tools bill for every login, so a 5-person team can pay $500–$1,500/mo elsewhere for the same work. With Intilq you pay for the plan, not the headcount.
What counts as a campaign?
One generated multi-post plan across your chosen channels and duration.
Can I manage comments and DMs in Intilq?
Yes — the unified inbox brings comments, DMs and mentions from your connected Instagram, Facebook and X accounts into one place to read and reply, with team assignment, saved replies and AI-drafted replies. It's included on Pro and Agency, and available as an add-on on Solo. Instagram and Facebook are unlimited; X replies use a monthly allowance per connected X account with credit-pack overage.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancel anytime — it's self-serve from your billing settings. The trial never auto-charges: with no card on file it simply pauses instead of billing you, so there's no surprise charge. And nothing is deleted when you cancel — campaigns and connected accounts are preserved and pipelines pause. Export or reactivate anytime.
How long can campaigns be?
You pick any length up to your plan's cap: 7 days on Free, 14 on Solo, and 30 on Pro and Agency.
